Ingredients:
Preparation of the filling:
1 large egg.
110g sugar.
10 g vanilla sugar.
1.5 tablespoons cornstarch.
350 g sour cream or Greek yogurt.
Cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.
40g butter.
Cover with cling film.
Allow to cool to room temperature.

For the pancake:
4 large eggs.
A pinch of salt.
1 tablespoon sugar.
180g flour.
400 ml milk.
30 g butter (melted).
Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for 2530 minutes.
Let cool for 10 minutes.

Spread the pancakes with yogurt cream.
Wrap it in a roll.
Allow to cool in the refrigerator if necessary.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
