Joanne is the wife of the late David Chen for whom the court is dedicated and is the director of the Wu Wei Tai Chi School which David founded. She is also the organizer of the Greater Washington DC Quarterly Push Hands Gettogether and publishes the free monthly Tai Chi Events Bulletin that provides information about Tai Chi events throughout the country. Joanne has sponsored many Tai Chi workshops for Master Benjamin Lo.
