1.2 kg pork loin
Salt
Black pepper
100130 g bacon
1 onion
300 g mushrooms
potatoes
olive oil
1 garlic clove
Bake for 8090 minutes at 160°C
30g butter
½ onion
150200 ml broth
150 ml cream
30 g Parmesan or other hard cheese
¼ teaspoon cornstarch
