Granola that I created a few years ago and that I make especially for fall / winter. Its smell will perfume your whole house. A Christmas scent ♥ Rich in protein, it is perfect for recharging your batteries. Quick and glutenfree recipe. Perfect for breakfast or for a snack. Good tasting !

Ingredients :
70 g of pecans and hazelnuts (I made half pecans / half hazelnuts) 1/2 cup
250 g glutenfree oatmeal (About 3 cups)
1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
1 teaspoon of mixed spices (Cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg and caraway seeds)
Zest of 1 clementine
2 tablespoons of cocoa beans or chocolate chips
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds
1 small piece of chopped ginger
125 ml of water (1/2 cup)
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
70g raisins and cranberries (half / half) 1/2 cup
