For ~20 pieces (~520g):
Dough:
100g butter
80g sour cream
1 yolk
30g sugar
~240g flour
0.5 tsp baking powder
Filling:
1 egg white
40g sugar
100g walnuts
a pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla sugar
Bake in a wellheated oven at 180C for ~ 20 minutes. Baking time depends on the features of your oven.
