Granola is delicious and makes a terrific breakfast or snack. I have loved granola since I was a kid, and going gluten put a wrench in my granola consumption. Finally, glutenfree options emerged, and I tried them all, and I could not find one I loved. I don’t want chia seeds, flax seeds, whole almonds, or similar in my granola, and it seemed like all the granola I tried had some combination of ingredients I didn’t like. The only answer was to make my own granola.

This recipe is easy, delicious, and an excellent base for adding the flavors YOU love. I LOVE raisins in my granola, and you’ll find them in this recipe. If you don’t like raisins in your granola, leave them out or replace them with a different dried fruit. And if you love nuts and seeds in your granola, add those, too!
