In this video, I walk you through what a typical day of an insurance agent/agency owner looks like. I've been an insurance agency owner for almost 5 years now and everyone has been different. I started in insurance with ZERO insurance experience or business owner experience. Through trial and error, I've learned a TON over the last several years. As we continue to scale, I find myself working more and more ON my business versus IN the business. I've learned that the most important ingredient for success in this business is having the right systems, processes, and specialization. The insurance industry is an amazing industry, the BEST in the world in my opinion!
