Today Practice is focused on energising the body. It is the continuation of previous Asana sequence. In today. We are focusing on short vinyasa flow, which will be the core sequence of today’s practice. Some of the yoga poses are edited on this floor such as virbhadrasana, parivritta parswakonasana, balasana these are the Arsenal, which improves the blood circulation to lower and upper body together. Some of the Arna in the sequence can be be challenging for you. I have given some of the modifications.
