He’s been at the helm of the real estate listings giant for a little more than a year, and he’s been working hard to grow Homes.com in the real estate search space in spite of some major competitors. Homes.com is also a prominent force on the commercial side of the real estate market. He and I discuss how he’s been working to reposition Homes.com during his first year and what his plans are for 2016. Then he’ll fill me in on the latest data from Homes.com’s Local Market Index, which analyzes home values in markets across the country.
