When we are sleeping, we aren't aware of what is going on around us and what we do in our sleep. Those who live with a spouse or their family members might hear funny stories in the morning about what they did in their sleep, but if you live alone, you might never know.
Many people roll over in their sleep when they get uncomfortable, others talk and even walk. It's impossible to know exactly what is going on with your body when you are asleep, but this is just a normal part of life...
