This is the casting back plate for commercial vehicle. Noramlly after the casting process, we'll have many fine process treatment to the holes, edge and alarm wire port, etc.
Now we use machining center to finish these fine process, each time place 2 pcs into machining center. The processed back plate has good product consistency, and qualified in perpendicularity, length and width aspect.
