This video illustrates how to cut perfect 45 degree miters (mitres) on a table saw with the use of an extension attached to the miter gauge. This jig also has a custom and very effective stop block.

The miter gauge is a POWERTEC 71005 Deluxe Table Saw Miter Gauge, purchase as a replacement for the DeWalt supplied miter gauge.
