British Shorthair Cat
The British Shorthair has a distinctively stocky body, dense coat, and broad face. The most familiar color variant is the "British Blue," a solid greyblue coat.
It is one of the most ancient cat breeds known, originating from European domestic cats imported into Britain by the invading Romans in the first century AD.


Himalayan Cat

The Himalayan cat is similar to more affordable Persian cats. They have dark feet, ears, face and tail. These cats came from the USA sometime during the 1950's and are known for being friendly, caring, and everobedient.


Norwegian Forest Cat

The Norwegian forest cat was first bred by vikings more than 2000 years ago. it was derived primarily from Norway and other Scandinavian countries . This breed is adapted to a very cold climate, with a top coat of glossy, long, watershedding hairs.


Scottish Fold

Scottish fold cats are known for their cute ears that fold. Their unique ears are a result of a genetic mutation and the breed as a whole is generally smart, playful, and easy to get along with.

Peterbald
Peterbald came out of Saint Petersburg, Russia in 1994. These cats have slim bodies, elongated heads, and pointy ears. They are sociable, mildtempered, and clever.

Egyptian Mau

Originally, this breed was found in Ancient Egypt over 3,000 years ago. Since then, they have changed very little, maintaining their uniquely spotted coat and skin. Egyptian mau’s is trusting and friendly.

Maine Coon

Maine coons are one of the largest cat breeds. These cats weigh between 11 to 33 pounds and can be up to 4 feet in length. Maine coons are truly gentle giants who are praised for being affectionate and playful.

Laperm

Laperms originated within the USA during the 80’s, and are considered to be the most unusual breed. They have soft, curly hair and are great for people with allergies, as they are 100% hypoallergenic.


Russian Blue

The Russian blue has short hair and can be found in many households around the world.
It travelled from its birthplace of Russia in 1893, bringing with it the belief of good luck. These cats are very affectionate and have short hair.


Serengeti Cat
it has a slight resemblance to a cheetah. weighing in at about 24 pounds. Serengeti Cat can be picked out of a crowd by its spotted coat, large ears, and long legs.

Sphynx cat

The Sphynx cat is known for its lack of coat. Hairlessness in cats is a naturallyoccurring genetic mutation; however, the Sphynx cat was developed through selective breeding in the 1960s. Whiskers may be present, or may be totally absent. Their skin is the color that their fur would be. Because they have no fur, they lose more body heat than coated cats; this makes them warm to the touch, and prone to finding warm places. They cost about $2000.


Toyger

This large breed of cat with a striped orange and black coat looks much like a miniature version of a tiger. Toygers are outgoing, friendly, and energetic.

American Curl

American Curl has fluffy, curledback ears that resemble small horns. These cats are sociable and affectionate.

Persian
Persian cat originates from Iran, formerly known as Persia. These cats have long hair, short muzzle and round face. Persian cat is the second most popular cat breed in North America.

Bengal Cat

the Bengal cat is roughly between $1,500 to $5,000. It was created by crossbreeding an Asian leopard cat with a domestic cat. Like its large lookalikes, Bengal cats enjoy swimming. They are playful, affectionate, and smart.

Safari Cat

You can become the owner of a domestic predator. The breed is rare and appeared by crossbreeding a domestic and a wild Geoffroy’s cat. The first available breed representatives came about in the 1970’s in the USA, and were intended to help study leukemia.

Khao Manee

The earliest references to this stunning breed can be found in the Cat Book Poems (1350s). In ancient times, Khao Manee cats lived only with the royal families and were a symbol of wealth.

Chausie

The chausie is one of the rarest known cat breeds. It was developed from the crossing of a jungle and a domestic cat. These cats have short hair, large ears, and are very friendly.

Caracal

The Caracal is a breed on the verge of extinction. It was originally a breed of wild predator, but has become an exclusive and expensive pet.

Savannah Cat

With a striking resemblance to the safari cat, savannah cats cost a heap more. The breed was developed by crossbreeding an African Serval and a domestic cat. What sets it apart from the safari cat is its ears, which are even larger and more prominent.

Ashera

The most exotic cat in the world is the Ashera. These giant kitties are a product of the crossbreeding between Asian leopard cats, African servals, and a domestic cat. They have short hair, a mixture of spots and stripes, and a friendly nature. Ashera is hypoallergenic.
