We put our Nexus Wraith Super C RV and its 6.7l Cummins and Allison transmission to the test against the Continental Divide around Butte, Montana. Last in 2020 we added an exhaust brake and we wanted to test it in the Rockies vs the Appalachian Mountains.
There have been a lot of people who have been getting their Cummins engines power uprated, so we wanted to see just how "bad" or slow this Super C would be going up in the Rocky Mountains. Is it really that bad? Does it really need more power to make those grades bearable?

In the Appalachian mountains around the Smoky Mountains, we were going 4045 mph up those grades. (check out this video where we show that)

In the Rockies, we were able to hold 50mph almost the entire pull, where it only dipped down to 46 for a few seconds then back up to 5055!

We think the Wraith did a great job, both going up, and down the Divide!
