Through the Digital Equity initiatives of the Rural Alaska Community Action Program (RurAL CAP), lowincome families are empowered to break the cycle of poverty by gaining enhanced and equitable access to the internet in rural Alaska. This transformative initiative is made possible through funding from the Community Services Block Grant (CSBG).
