How to calculate CSAT survey results in excel.

Required formulas:

Number of ratings: COUNTIFS(Data!$B:$B,Calculation!B5)
Average rating: SUMPRODUCT($B$5:$F$5,B6:F6)/SUM(B6:F6)
CSAT score: SUM(E6:F6)/SUM(B6:F6)

The column numbers should be changed according to the actual columns your relevant data belongs to. This point will become clear once you have viewed the video.
