Driver Complaint: No Heat

Check coolant level when cold, and hot.
If low, correct level, check for leaks, recheck for proper heater function.

Check thermostat for stuck open condition.

Check Coolant Temp Sensor data with scan tool

Check Heater Core Inlet / Outlet Hoses, (Floor, full hot, fan low) similar 1030℉

Check Ambient Temp Sensor, (EATC only)

Check all fuses, (both passenger compartment fuse box, under hood fuse box).

Check blower motor fan speed

Check Airflow Selection Mode: VENT / FLOOR / DEFROST

Check EATC Error Codes, (EATC only) listen for audible noises from blend door calibration swing;

Pinpoint Testing will check the integrity of the wires between the control head, and blend door actuator, and other circuits. And for a short to ground, or shorts to power.
