In this video is go through the troubleshooting steps of fixing the 343 error code. This ended up being a way bigger repair, as I needed to replace the wire harness that runs through the handle springs.

STEP 1: Go to inputs (in analyzer, after putting passcode *9454 or 2311*)
STEP2: determine which switch is shorted or crossed (FS or RS)
in my case I also had the SAS switch and the lift switch crossed or shorted.
STEP 3: Bipass those switches to see if the problem goes away.
STEP 4: Replace harnesses or repair shorted cables as necessary

IF there are no inputs that are crossed, then replace both FS and RS and make sure you regulate the sensitivity.

In my opinion, I would just replace the harness that runs through the springs in the handle, as well as replace FS and RS.
