June was a rainy and relatively cold month but the various weather conditions ultimately failed to prevent us from making the crossing. Almost 25 kilometers with many changes of scenery and weather.

We started from Aoos Lake, climbed to Flega peak (Mavrovouni), descended to the alpine lakes of Flega and from there to the heart of Pindos mountain ridge, which is Valia Kalda, Arkoudorema ending in Vovousa.
