【Written Pattern】I tried writing it, but it's easier to follow the video.
Row 1 : 5sc in Magic Ring, slst to first stitch
Row 2 : (chain 2, yarn over then insert hook pull the yarn though until it is level with the chain2 then pull though 2 and repeat 4 more times you will have 6 loops on the hook, chain2, slst) repeat 5 times, last slst goes in the next stitch

Middle Puff
Chain 3, 4dc in 3rd stitch from hook, cut yarn and pull through
