I named this baby onesie 'The Little Logan Romper' and it's really easy to make. It also works up pretty quickly too.

The construction of this crochet baby romper is simple:
1. It’s worked topdown.
2. The first 8 rows are worked flat for the button opening. You will create two armholes in this row.
3. At the end of row 8 you will join your onesie to start working in the round and form the middle part of the romper.
4. Once the middle section is complete, you will begin working on the back lower part.
5. After the back lower part is finished, the front lower part will be worked.
6. You will then attach your yarn to both underarms, one at a time, and start working on the sleeves
7. Lastly, simple single crochet edging will be applied to the leg opening and back fastening of the yoke (2 button loops will be formed).

This tutorial is for a newbornsized onesie. The finished size of this romper is 6.75” (17cm) wide x 10.75” (27.25cm) length.

For this project, I used a category #2 (fine), sport / 4 ply yarn and an E (3.5mm crochet hook). You can substitute the yarn with any yarn from the same category as long as you do a gauge swatch beforehand.

This video is a beginnerfriendly crochet tutorial, and as long as you know how to work the following stitches, you’ll have no problem in crocheting this cute baby onesie:
beg – beginning
ch – chain
dc – double crochet
dc2tog double crochet two together (also known as a dc decrease)
sc – single crochet
sk – skip
sl st – slip stitch
sp space
st – stitch

MATERIALS USED (AFFILIATE LINKS):
2 skeins of Hobbii Rainbow Cotton 8/4, 186yds / 1.75oz (170m / 50g). For the blue romper I used the colour Baby Blue (032); for the pink romper, I used the colour Antique Rose (061).
