We are all well within our rights to criticise something without being seen as entitled.

You can appreciate the good points of something, while also realising that there are aspects of it that need improvement. That is when you offer constructive criticism.

Too often, people are afraid to offer that constructive criticism for fear of being seen as entitled and ungrateful. And then issues aren't raised, and problems aren't solved.

We need to normalise providing constructive criticism to systems we need and rely on, so that those who use them in the future can get what they need.
