Hi Everyone!! This is my crispy tofu recipe. It's a stir fry that consists tofu and broccoli. This one of those tofu recipes that are so easy and delicious that people will think you spent a lot of time mastering. It's an easy meatless dish that I make when I don't feel like eating anything to heavy. Give this recipe a try and let me know how it goes!


Ingredients:
1/2 block of firm tofu
12 oz broccoli
1/3 cup of cornstarch
4 cloves of garlic
1 inch of ginger
1/4 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of water
1 tbsp of chinese rice wine
2 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of mushroom powder
