Here is a practice of an appeal bail application in the Crown Court I did for one of my advocacy classes, hope you find this helpful.

Also I am aware that I am constantly saying “ummm” lol which I definitely need to tone down lol but hey practice makes perfect right !? And this is a whole lot of practicing before the real thing hehe

Also please excuse my attire this was a practice run days before my advocacy class lol

May I add that my feedback from my tutor was quite good, however, towards the end of my submission advocacy I could have tied the conditions in with the “fears of the prosecution” which is the objections to bail, rather then lay it out the way I did at the end. But overall positive feedback so thought I would share in case this may help anyone. Plus we are on this journey together and anyway there is still so much I need to learn ☺
