Maryland Crab Dip
   • Maryland Crab Dip: From a Murlander!!  

Ingredients listed below:
2 bags of Dole Spinach (or frozen spinach)
3 tbs butter
1 tbs flour
1 1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup cream cheese
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
3 artichoke hearts
Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Monterey Jack cheese

Serve with French baguettes or Tostitos
