HONEY AND BACON CREAM CHEESE SPREAD

900 grams cream cheese, at 20 degrees Celsius
100 grams raw and unfiltered honey
100 grams crumbled fried bacon
4.5 grams fine sea salt

100 grams coarsely grated sharp cheddar cheese
4.5 grams fine sea salt

ERRATUM:
