900 grams cream cheese, at 20 degrees Celsius
100 grams raw and unfiltered honey
100 grams crumbled fried bacon
4.5 grams fine sea salt

ERRATUM:
I mentioned in the video that one recipe of each of the spreads yield 1,200 grams. That was a mistake; my apologies. The actual yield of each recipe is 1,050 grams of spread. :)
