With the title, I mean that, unfortunately, I was diagnosed with a mental illness due to stress and anxiety that I have never been able to control throughout my life. It has always been unnecessary stress and anxiety on my part because I always worry too much about everything. I overthink things a lot, and when I manage to let go of those thoughts and things that happen to me, I start thinking the same way again, like in a vicious circle. This has been going on for more than 3 years, and obviously, it was going to explode at some point...
I have been in treatment for over a month now, and I am already improving. This is the reason why I haven't been uploading videos lately.
