This is our CPR practice drill. The background beat track is 110 bpm, and the breath track is 10 bpm (one every 56 seconds), so you can hear the rhythm of compressions and ventilation. Feel free to loop the 2 minute video (so you can keep track of 2 minute cycles) and practice along. Can you keep up?
