Happy Holidays everyone! But the grind never stops.
Even an hour of focus can help us progress with our projects. We shouldn’t feel guilty about taking some time out of holiday seasons for ourselves. As long as we set boundaries, I personally don’t think there’s any issues. Yes, it’s easy to use the holiday season to not do anything or let ourselves break our discipline. But this can be very dangerous for those with ADHD.
So, this time we’re not going to use the holidays as an excuse to skip a study season. We’re adapting the 30/5 POMODORO method instead of our usual 25/5 so we can get a bit more done. I actually found this to be more of my speed so I might continue to go with this method.
We’ll do work for 30 minutes, rest for 5 minutes, then repeat until time’s up.
