Fernando Rojas is in a Snohomish County jail Tuesday, charged with attempted firstdegree kidnapping, seconddegree assault and harassment. According to court documents obtained by KING 5, Rojas is accused of attempting to kidnap a teenage girl right in front of her parents.

Those documents show that on Friday, April 26, around 1:30 p.m., police were called to Frank Love Elementary school – a father reported that a man attacked his daughter and tried to drag her away. The girl’s mother and father were able to stop this from happening.
