There seemed to be no physical violence as a proIsrael counterprotest on the University of Washington (UW) campus marched near the proPalestinian encampment at the Quad Sunday afternoon.

The proPalestinian encampment has been at the Quad since late April. The number of tents has grown since then and the demonstration has become larger.

University officials placed barricades around the Quad in order to dissuade opposing groups from engaging with one another.
