I am catching up on all editing, so this is from February! We have gone a little more animalbased since this video. We hardly buy potatoes now and tend to buy less pork, but it is a great way to save money since beef prices are kinda high.

I've found that buying beef chuck rolls or roasts by the case is way cheaper than by the package go to meat dept. and ask for this. ($4.29 a Lb this last time)

$274 for 64 lbs of beef, and with a little work, I feel the price is worth it. That's $77 in savings (usually chuck roast is $5.49 Lb) I worked at Costco for 12 years.. Lol, so I'm always watching the prices.
