HELLO EVERYONE!!

This was the first time I heard of and tried a Cosmic Crisp Apple. It was delicious!!
I have posted the website below that gives more information on this fruit's origin.

Also, the site has a number of recipe ideas incorporating Cosmic Crisp Apples. I might try one of them and or create some of my own . (^_^) With the crispy texture of this apple, I wonder if it would work well to make an apple version of a pineapple upside down cake (^_^)
