Copycat CFA Tortilla Soup (serves 6) 3SP
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
1 c. frozen corn
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel
1.5 c. low sodium chicken broth
1 package taco seasoning
1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn
3/4 c. fat free half and half Tortilla strips for topping (if desired)
(approx. 1 cup serving)
