Recipe

Step 1: Ranch brine
Ingredients
* 12 whole chicken wings
* 1 pint hidden valley ranch
* 1 pint water
* ½ tsp salt
* ½ tsp black pepper

1) Use a boning knife to separate your chicken wings into drums and flats.
2) Whisk together ranch, water, salt, and pepper, and allow the chicken wings to soak in that mixture for at least 2 hours, or overnight.
3) Drain the chicken and pat dry on paper towels.

Equipment
* Boning knife
* Cutting board
* Whisk
* Large mixing bowl
* Colander
* Paper towels

Step 2: Cool Ranch Seasoning
Ingredients
* 1 tsp Salt
* ½ tsp Sugar
* ¼ tsp Paprika
* ½ tsp Onion
* ½ tsp Garlic
* ⅛ tsp White Pepper
* ¼ tsp Parsley
* ¼ tsp Dill
* 24 brined chicken wings

1) Heat oil to 350 degrees. Combine All seasonings in a small bowl.
2) Fry wings in batches of 8 for 8 minutes each. Remove with a slotted spoon and allow to drain on paper towels. Set the cooked wings on a baking sheet in the oven on warm setting while the rest cook.
3) Once all the wings are cooked, add to a mixing bowl, sprinkle with ranch seasoning, and serve.

Ingredients
* Large sauce pot with 350 degree oil
* Medium ramekin
* Whisk
* Slotted spoon
* Baking sheet
* Paper towels

Step 3: Ranch Dressing
Ingredients
* 3/4 cup Mayo
* 3/4 cup Buttermilk
* ¼ cup Sour cream
* 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
* 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
* ¾ tsp koshe salt
* ½ tsp Black pepper
* 1 clove garlic
* 3 tbsp Parsley
* 2 stalks green onion

1) Add mayo, buttermilk, sour cream, vinegar, worcestershire sauce, black pepper, and salt to a medium mixing bowl and whisk together.
2) Finely chop green onion and parsley and add it to the bowl. Finely grate garlic, add it to the bowl, and whisk. Serve wings with ranch.
