Cooking with wood
This is just a new toy I picked up and thought Id share with you.I was suprised at how much better & easy it was to cook with.I have to fit it with a damper, find a place for it on my smoker replace the missing piece on top and paint it. Im looking forward to bringing you videos of food that has been cooked on it and getting a dutch oven :)
