We’re back at our King’s Cross Cookery School with chef tutor Jack Homer as he teaches us how to sear a tuna steak.
Jack takes us through the method from start to finish, from seasoning and oiling the fish, to how to sear it and how long for. He also teaches us the trick to slicing the tuna steak to make sure it’s as tender as possible.
