This video was shot over a one year time period during the renovation process of taking a new addition basement and turning it into a great family room. This was all DIY after the utilities were put in place by the proper installers. The build took a lot of custom built finishes to fit the exact look we were going for. The home theater was also picked out to purposely fit in the space without losing square footage. To finish the room, the bookshelf was custom made into a hidden door to access the closet and the original basement of the house.
