About this van:
Daren knew he wanted to convert a van, but was unsure about doing so himself as he didn't have much building experience, however after buying the guide book he decided how hard can it be?! And took the plunge. His selfbuild VW Crafter conversion has come out really well and fits his and Scoobie's needs perfectly. It has all the mod cons 240v fridge, diesel heater etc and has an impressive solar array that allows him to stay offgrid as long as he wants. He converted the van to travel and rock climb and is now on a mega trip around Europe fulfilling this dream.
