Kate came home to Community First! Village in 2021. It took her some time to acclimate to her new home and community, but she has found healing and restoration here. Now we see Kate and her handiwork all over the neighborhood. She has found purposeful work on the property beautification team. In fact, she is the green thumb responsible for keeping the plants around the Graham household alive and well! She also spends time painting, writing poetry, singing with the Home Street Music circle, and she regularly checks in on her neighbors.

Kate has come home. She has rediscovered her Godgiven talents and has connected herself to a community of people who know and care for her. She has found her freedom and is embracing her true self.

You are providing the safe home and caring community that Kate and so many other men and women experiencing homelessness need to be able to return to their true selves.
