Here is a quick update with a few details I haven't covered yet about the Cole and Marmalade legal case. Digital Pet Media is company that Chris formed with two partners, Stephen Watters and Edward Holden to manage Cole and Marmalade in May of 2016. Each of them owns 33.3% of the company. They are currently in a legal battle over intellectual property concerning Chris Poole's other brands, Cat Man Chris and Jugg and Zig Zag and a breach of contract after the two partners fired Chris and Jess in December 16 and 22, 2019 and excessive management fee's DPM through their other company Holden2, LLC. Because of a court ordered Injunction in January, Chris Poole is not allowed to post on any of the Cole and Marmalade sites, CatMan Chris or Jugg and ZigZag sites. Have you been wondering what could have happened to Cole and Marmalade? Well we did too! The CAM youtube channel and social channels pretty much stopped posting in January of this year. On Caturday March 7th, Chris Poole released a GoFundMe legal Defense (https://www.gofundme.com/f/chrispool...) and this is how we found out what was going on. But it certainly did not answer all the questions we had. After several days of research we felt we understood better what was happening. But this story was changing everyday. The fans were mad and confused. On March 8, we made the decision to try and help by telling this story. These are very different videos for Furball Fables! There has been no press and we felt that our fellow cat youtuber really needed some support. Please refrain from harassing Digital Pet Media. It is not helping matters.
