How do we keep the forward momentum and energy going?

Sometimes, at this point in the year we coast into the holidays.

If you're in a market where fall can be more paced, we sometimes ride out the end of the year and pick that energy back up in January. I'm sure we can all agree that there's a better way to handle the end of the year, and that's what Amy & Kevin bring in this episode!

Amy & Kevin talk about the Opportunity Right Now. When we focus on our clients, when we focus on outreach and relationships, and when we focus on starting new relationships, two different things can happen. We can both generate business now, in the next 6090 days to end the year strong, AND we add to our pipeline of clients and referrals for the following year.

The danger in coasting is that we fall out of touch with our people, we pull back on marketing and exposure, and regardless of how busy we were earlier in the year, we again become an invisible agent. Until January 3 when we pop out of our agent hibernation with all of the anxiety of someone with no pipeline.

So start today. Think through what you're doing right now, what you could be doing right now to generate immediate business, but also ensure that your pipeline in 2022 is full (and you know it by November).
