We were lucky to witness the whole process of coffee making from seeing the coffee plant or coffee tree with coffee berries at different stages of ripeness and sorting the coffee beans, roasting them, crushing them and getting amazing fresh coffee powder in only 45 mn! Then we went to see the famous Banana man who makes amazing banana juice, banana beer, and more sorts of banana based alcohols all in a traditional way!
