The ClearSonic MiniMega drum isolation booth is an easy way to effectively enclose and isolate drums, vocalists, horns, or other instruments. ClearSonic iso booths are extremely effective for improving sound quality in large spaces with reverberation, such as houses of worship, theatres and stages, and live performance venues. They are also great for home practice and many other nonmusic settings beyond the stage and studio, such as for translation or podcasting.

The total sound reduction after setting up the Mini Mega is approximately 16dB (about 50% reduction of perceived volume). An omnidirectional microphone was used and placed approximately 12 ft. from the drums. No volume or gain settings were adjusted. A door is located on either side of the booth, where the back drum shield meets the front drum shield.
