INGREDIENTS:
5 Egg Yolks
5 Egg Whites (Add 1/3 Cup of White Sugar)
3/4 Cup of Cake Flour
1/4 Cup of White Sugar
1/8 Tspn of Salt
1/2 Tspn of Baking Powder
50g of Full Cream Milk
50g of Olive Oil
Apricot Jam (Optional)
Note: Bake in a preheated oven for 2025 minutes at 170° degrees celsius.
Keep in the fridge for 12 hours or overnight, wrapped in a parchment paper and closed.
