CLAMS ALFREDO AND PASTA--SHELF STABLE RECIPE

It's another shelf stable recipe! This is an easy recipe that tastes rich every time! Clam Alfredo and Pasta! This clam alfredo sauce can be used for any seafood or even chicken! Super easy and evaporated milk makes your cream sauce! Give this a try!

CLAM ALFREDO SAUCE with PASTA

INGREDIENTS
2 small cans or 1 large can of minced clams
1/2 C flour
1/2 C butter
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 C wine
1/4 C parsely flakes
2 tbs dry minced onion
2 tsp thyme
1 tbs dry minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
Melt butter.
Add Onion, and stir until onion softens a bit.
Add flour and make the roux.
Mix well, add the milk.
Once all combined, add the garlic, parsley, and thyme.
Add the wine, salt and pepper.
Add the clams and juice.
Mix well and stir until thickened and alcohol is cooked off, about 510 minutes.
Serve over al dente pasta!
Top with parmesean cheese if desired.
