Circular chain on a flexible shaft for drain cleaning without water

Follow
Plumber TOOLS

Remove tuberculation, limescale or urine scale, cement or tile grout in seconds. Our drain chain works faster than most other chains, because it has twice as many hard metal tips which are mounted to the circumference of the chain.

You can easily and effectively remove spray coating or failed liners without the need for chemicals.

It can even be used in damaged pipes, since the circumference is fixed, and the centrifugal force of the circular chain acts perpendicular to the axis over the full circumference of the pipe.

In contrast to the conventional chain knocker, this prevents the pipe wall from being subjected to individual blows, and the chain works over the full circumference of the pipe on the pipe wall.

Depending on which model you choose, it will mount easily to an 8mm (5/16") ,10mm (3/8") & 12mm (1/2") flex shaft, with set screws.

Sizes range from 50mm (2”) to 200mm (8").

Made from stainless steel links to prevent oxidation.

Few important things to remember:

Please be sure to lubricate your flexible shaft before the first use, and then check the lubrication every few weeks. This not only ensures the longevity of your shaft, but also makes it more efficient over longer distances. Our preference for lubricant is basic machine oil. Here is a video we made on how to lubricate your shaft:    • How to lubricate your flexible shaft ...

Feel free to choose between a corded or a cordless drill, but make sure not to use the hammer action function on the drill because it can cause damage to your shaft.

With a flexible shaft you will be using less than 3% of the water you would need to get the same result with a hydro jetting machine. Imagine the amount of water you will save by using a flexible shaft.

Important note: We manufacture our own brand of shafts, and by chance our clients started adapting them to their Ridgid K102 or K204 sewer cleaning machines. They also informed us that our flexible shafts are a bit more rigid than the Ridgid flexshafts. We do not claim that we have a replacement shaft for a Ridgid Flexshaft.
