Christian Okoye was a late arriver to the sport of football, beginning his NFL career in his mid20's.

In spite of all of this, his massive size and physique at the running back position made The Nigerian Nightmare one of the most recognizable players in the whole league. Weighing in anywhere from 253280 pounds during his playing days, Okoye is one of the largest ball carriers ever and was a twotime Pro Bowler. He also led the NFL in rushing in 1989.
