This PSA raises unsettling questions for parents about selection of childcare providers to promote active, critical evaluation and selection of childcare.
Ad Agency Latorra, Paul & McCann, working for the Child Care Council, created the concept of children presenting questions that adults need to ask childcare providers. POVRose Media chose a B&W treatment, interrogationstyle lighting, and a high angle view to visualize the vulnerability of children.

The PSA was adapted for various markets and broadcast throughout central and western NY.
