What is life without roof leaks? Boring. Ok, another leak to fix today, I woke up to a lovely wet patch on the chimney breast in our master bedroom, I had a mooch in the loft to find more damp point towards the chimney breast, time to get up on the roof and find the cause....

Although the flat roofs on this house are a cause of many issues, they actually make maintenance really easy.... swings and roundabouts.

The wet patch has not reappeared since the repair!
